Instantly banned or ? Proxies from the same country where the accounts are created ? Brand new accounts ?

the proxies might be bad. maybe abused previously. The default settings on FL are very high, too high even for aggressive. Theres a manual floating around by imristo that is pretty good. May also recommend warming up accounts using Instagress for a few days

Well i also got the same problem today, this was a second wave of the IG hammer.
lost 17 accounts today and i had stopped the bot on the last 2 days after losing more 5-6 accounts some days ago.
Maybe IG is filtering the IPs and maybe the 3:1 ratio is starting to be too high.

I used 1 proxy per account still got banned,waiting for the russian dev to come back and update the bot,sure followliker Needs to update thier security so that instagram dont find actions are from bot ,

OP default settings on followliker are over aggressive. I am not following over 200+ a day on any of my accounts. Were you commenting, following, and liking as well?

Apart from bad proxies, I suspect its Followliker's inability to pause itself when it reaches certain errors. FL keeps trying and trying, which can signal Instagram of an abusive bot. I watched the activity of some of my FL accounts, and it was surprising to see so many errors keep occurring over and over for hours. I paused many of my projects until the project tweaks are in place.
