So I have problem when I try to create instagram either on pc or phone now I get chapta and it doesnt work. I tried with some proxy from this forum too and installed webrtc and it did not work ,still same thing happens. Dont know what to do. If proxy doesnt work or also my ip. And I dont have money now to pay for proxy or even make one. If I try to make with my 4g from phone and on pc also same thing happens. If anyone can help me please. Also I use acc for personal use not bots.

If it's just for personal use, then I guess you won't be needing a lot of them. Couldn't you just complete that captcha yourself for that account? What exactly doesn't work? (coz captcha can be easily solved by you if it's just for personal use.)
Well the thing is if I complete it and add any number I get code and after 24 to 48 hours account gets disabeld. And smh Idk I dont like to add personal phone number.
