Instagram problem

it may be permanently remove an account that repeatedly violates the Community Guidelines or Terms of Use. If you think your account was disabled by mistake, you may be able to appeal the decision by opening the app, entering your username and password and following the on-screen instructions.

If it’s very big and important. I suggest you should try appealing it can take some time but you will get it back eventually but if it’s just a slave or side account you should forget it and move on.

Definitely appeal. Especially if keeping the account is worth it.

If you are going to continue marketing the same way as you account was blocked, I think it is better to create a new one and not to do the same mistakes there. Because your old account will be monitored more strictly.

I think you have some problem with content. Maybe some images you uploaded are subject to author right.

Depends on what you mean disable. Sometimes it gets disabled for making too many actions and you need to re-verify with email or most commonly phone number. If you posted someone else's content usually they do not disable your account and just remove the post itself. If you were selling weed/drugs maybe they would disable it forever. So what exactly has happened?

I was doing some aggressive experimenting with an account and now I’m locked out of all my accounts in my phone. They work on my laptop, but of course you can’t post there. I tried shutting off my wifi and using a VPN, but nothing. I even tried setting up an account with a new phone number but it seems anything to do with this phone (maybe my MSISDN number has been flagged. Has anyone found a way to work around this or any idea’s? Thank you!

If this is the 1st time, then appeal via their help section. You should get your account back for the 1st time with just some photo verification etc. (there are many articles about this explaining online. just google).
what happens if its not the first time?
