Instagram Problem

i woke up and open my instagram in my iphone,and i needed to confimed my profile and change password.
and i have in down of the screen massage says: "please wait a few minutes before you try again" in red.
can someone can help me what to do?

maybe wait a few minutes and try again?

Then try the website and a different device if persists

in the website all good.
but in my iphone app still have the problem.
why it happend to me?

So the account is ok.
Can you try a different phone?

Have you tried to remove the app from your phone and re-add it?
It is possible for IG to block a phone by some phone device ID. The account is fine, but they just won't let that phone run the app. I've heard (no idea if true) that if you connect the account to your facebook account that can work. On an android, I also heard you can reflash a different OS. No experience with iphone so not sure if that is a thing - I guess not as apple are more locked down. If this is the case, there is nothing you can do that I am aware of (apart from different phone).

You could try instagram support, but, well, lets be honest that is not going to work out well

Uninstall and reinstall your app and make sure no vpn is used . Then it will be alrighty

Have you automated your account? It sounds like they are action blocking you.

so what you say that instafgram block just my iphone? why is that?

Uninstall the app and try to install again.

This is an IP problem. Are you using VPN or public wifi?
