Instagram problem (help)

Okay, so I was doing pretty good on Instagram until recently. I got to 20K followers then I sold my first account. Then I decided to make a new account whilst I was using a VPN. I made the account and everything was going successfully until I opened my account once again. Then it asked for a phone number because I was using an IP with an abnormal amount of traffic. I entered in my phone number and it said that I would get a message with a 6 digit code, it never was sent so I tried again, and again, and again, however, nothing occurred. Then I decided to make another account on my IP however the same thing happened. Then I vaguely remembered. I had blocked Instagrams phone number an deleted their messages so I had no way to unblock them, how do I fix this?
