instagram problem can you please help with this issue ?

Can someone tell me what's this issue ?
I'm getting on jarvee and i don't really know what's does it means .
Every time my accounts get to 105 - 110 followings actions it gets this " - user restrict " issue
I'm using 4g proxies anf my follow settings are low ( 10 followings per hour around 450 per day )

Fresh but is doing the same with old ones ..

stop following for 2 days

Take a few days of break. It happened to me sometimes, it just gets blocked. I had accounts getting unlocked within two days, and some that took about 5 days.
