I saw on Instagram that there is a page with breastfeeding videos, and there is also a page with porn. How are these people able to post these videos on Instagram? I tried posting once, and Instagram instantly deleted my video. I also reported their porn videos, but Instagram said they found nothing. Any one know secret of instagram?

I read an article about this on the internet, I think there was a privilege for women who breastfeed their children that I can't remember exactly, I guess Instagram does not perceive such posts as sexual.

What happens is, both accounts will get flagged, but the person who is just doing the breast feeding videos will dispute the appeal, and when one of the moderators review it, they will double check if it follows their "Guidelines". This will allow that account to post future content like that if the account gets checked for the right reasons.

One of the accounts I manage is about parenting and breastfeeding, and a few years ago there was actually a whole movement on Instagram because of exactly what you’re describing.
Even though breastfeeding is educational content, Instagram’s moderation system kept taking it down. Eventually, they adjusted the rules so that educational breastfeeding content wouldn’t be removed, but honestly it’s still very difficult.
You basically have to play with angles, stickers, filters, and be super careful with how you show the content. But because Instagram uses AI-based filters again and again, it feels like a total roulette sometimes it gets flagged, sometimes it doesn’t. There’s no clear logic.
