check if Ingramer can do all that for you. It's been a while since I used them.
I am looking for bulk downloader which is free of cost and not paid.
Again that is a paid tool not free.

I can develop but basic to mid wordpress themes only not other programming languages

Thats the one I used as well, its simple and powerful.
Once you're used ta a few particularities, your good to go !
Is $10 for basic and $30 for pro one time fee or monthly? Do they update software regularly and when was last update provided to software?

You can do with some free chrome extension or post the requirements in HAF section to hire someone to build it for you.
None of the methods mentioned in those links work. I think they are too old methods to work now with softwares changed.
@Automationdaddy If I don't finds a working instagram downloader then I might buy pro version of softare mentioned above in March-mid. Till then I will keep searching for free tool.

I stopped using pirated softwares as now I have money to purchase original softwares. I have purchased a license of 4k stogram
