Instagram posts disappearing when uploaded

So I run dog page doing very well until just 3 days ago upon uploading my early morning video, the video uploaded and then just disappeared. I've never done any automation, Dm groups, or powerlikes so this took me by surprise. I don't think I'm action blocked because I can Like & comment on my posts still, also I can only upload to my story.

Anyone experiencing this issue and if so have you found a solution?

All recent follow blocks/likes and non posted postings are related to the use of proxies.
If you are not using a proxy, I don't think anyone would know a solution.
Maybe you could contact IG support for help.

I've never used proxies though, I grew this account legit, hell I never even did the follow unfollow method on it & have never been action blocked which is why I'm so confused.
How would you go about getting in contact with Instagram?

Are you using web or device for uploading. If you are using web than you can use gramblr. May it will work for you.

I've only uploaded using my phone, I also went ahead and tried uploading using my old iphone with no success yet
 
Don’t try to post anything for 7 days and it will fix it ! Some of my accs had the same problem and after a week all get fixed it

Don't do any activity for sometime. I think Instagram blocked action for while.
 
this has happend to me. dont post for a few days or do any activity

6 INTERVENTIONS
Having characterized AAS from a user perspective and as business entities, we subsequently actively engage with the abusive services by deploying countermeasures. Our goal is not to completely disrupt the AASs immediately, but rather we start by evaluating how AASs react to interventions. This understanding can then provide insight for improving operational abuse detection and prevention systems. While Instagram is in a position to identify all AAS customer accounts, blocking these accounts is not a desirable outcome since Instagram users still use them to initiate legitimate actions that should not be blocked (even while they are also enrolled in an AAS). Additionally, as our interventions show in Section 6.3, AASs quickly attempt to evade interventions. As such, we derive a new signal for performing countermeasures (Section 6.2), rather than relying on the signals used to identify AAS customers in the first place. We perform two interventions, first on a narrow set of AAS activity over a six-week period, and a second on a broad set of AAS activity over _a subsequent two-week period.

Temporary ban, just wait a few days and it will clear out
 
4G Proxy + timeout for 14 days, and you are good to go!

But what exactly could I have been timed out for? I like no more than 5-7 pictures a per day & I'm only responding /interacting to the comments I get on my posts. I've had the account since 2015 so I'm sure I'm nowhere near the like /comment limit.
 
As most of them had already mentioned, proxies would need to get replaced(use 4g). There has been few changes happening with IG lately, so stay idle for a few days

Just let it rest for a few days (up to 1 week) meanwhile use the ig like a human being, scroll like comment etc but don't try to upload any pic/video for a few days

The thing is I've never ever used any automation on the account, never did follow /unfollow, I've done everything manually & legit since I created the account back in 2015. I've never in my life have used or purchased proxies since I only have 2 acounts which is why I'm confused as to why they would block me from uploading. But I guess I'll just have to wait it out. I appreciate y'all
 
It could happen if you just posted too much
