Instagram Post Scheduling Tools with Proxy

Hi all,

What are the best Instagram Post Scheduling Tools? I know of Igerslike & Followliker but they don't do what I want.

Igerslike can only run one upload task for each accoun at a time, so if I want to upload the same photo once every 5 days, but different photos in between, there is no way to do that.

FollowLiker's photo scheduling option seems even worse.

Does anyone know what tools can help me do what I want? What is everyone else using?

I saw that Hootsuite allows you to schedule IG posts but they don't seem to use a proxy. Is this safe? Use Hootsuite to schedule posts for >20 accounts and then use a bot+proxies to follow people for those accounts?
