I know you're only allowed to do 40 actions per hour. but how many actions is 1 instagram post?

Every action (like, follow, writing comments or direct messages...) has its own limits per hour/day.
How many posts you can do per hour depends on many things like: account age, account activity (new or very active), proxy...
