Instagram Picture Uploader that Can Upload Thru hashtag feed

hello everyone
i had try some best bots and image uploader in the market.
but all of them, cannot upload my image thru hashtags i input on the caption
the image uploaded was just only on our accounts feed. do not published thru hashtag feed.

do you all know any bots or image uploader service that can upload and published thru all hashtag we input on.
i need some information...

FYI: one of the service that can upload thru hashtag is schedugram.
but i get banned by schedugram because schedugram is only allowed us for posting some photos per day(their limitation is 15minutes per post)
but actually we are not allowed to boost post like that.we just only recommended (read:allowed) to post about 3-5 image post per day.

I am going to be adding image uploading to my bot in a future release. It'll be able to handle hashtags.
