Instagram - photo 'removed'?

Hello all
I checked my Insta a minute ago and I got an alert from Insta saying something along the lines of 'this photo has been removed for violating community guidlines'

It doesn't show me which photo and after closing the alert I get logged out then I press 'back' on my phone then I'm logged back in and nothing has changed? No photos has been removed and its like nothing happened..

This is the second time this has happened (last time about a month ago) and although I'm grateful I still have all my pics and obviously my account but it scares me as maybe competitors are reporting me and will eventually fuck me up.. Advice anyone?

(I'm in the tattoo/babe niche but I don't ever post naked photos)

EDIT: I have found the picture that's gone missing, (weirdly my 'post count' hasn't gone down) the picture was a woman standing up with tattoos on her thighs, she was wearing underwear and turnt around.. Her ass wasn't on show so I don't understand
