Does anyone know of a way where I can pretty much copy and paste the usernames of people that liked a photo in my niche. The Plan is to get there user names like their latest photo and move on to the next user, using Instaget. I have done this manually and the turnout has been really good

Unfortunately, you can't. I suppose you can hire someone to code a bot to do that exact thing but its just scraping a person's followers.
