Instagram Phone Re-Verify?

Have been getting quite a few phone re-verifies from Instagram on a few accounts. The thing is, the previous numbers that I've used, seem to be unable to receive the codes or be used again. How do I get around this?

Have quite a few accounts and have also used up a few numbers. Do I have to get new numbers every time? Also, anybody that provides such a service?
