Instagram permanent ban, waiting for another appeal email

I got banned on IG, my personal account, So I've had to make a new account, warm up that account for a week, and then pay for Meta Verified just to be able to talk to support,

I explained the situation to them, and that it's permanently disabled, and they said, well, you just have to wait for us to email you and give you another chance to appeal, which I think is just absolute bullshit. You know what I mean? This account was banned back in March. Like, how long do I have to wait? I asked them this, and they said they can't give a time frame. I think it's just absolute nonsense.

I've heard about people getting a manual review this way, but I don't know. Has anyone else figured out a method of actually getting this account back because I am absolutely losing my mind now.

Ask support if there is any official appeal or escalation option available for permanently disabled accounts. Get a clear answer instead of only waiting for an email.

Lately the only real way to appeal is when you sue then but, in reality, who gonna do that? Unless it was a huge and well strablished account, just create or buy a new one

it was a big account? I think there are services to get your IG account back. Never used them myself but you can try them.

I know about the unban services I aint paying 2 grand to get banned again in 2 weeks
