Instagram panels slow lately?

I alternate between a few panels i use for various instagram accounts. And i've noticed lately they are all slow, or slowing down.


Usually it's instant but lately likes for examples have started to come in 5 or even up to an hour after order has been placed.


Is this normal? Is anyone else experiencing this? And if so, whats causing the issues?
