Hello everyone. I have a vaping page on instagram. Obviously every post is flagged and not shown in the suggested. How can i grow a page in this niche? hashtags like #vaping #vape are in shadowban? Thank you all for the help

On the hashtags I'm not sure. some people say they are in shadowban, do you think I can use them?
