Instagram Page Branding Question

Hi everyone,

I run this Instagram page: @wanna.liv

My business is centered around health & fitness and publish various content around this topic.

Now with that being said, in what direction should I proceed with its Instagram page?

What I mean is right now, as you can see, I post different kinds of posts to my Instagram page.

Keto, running, motivational-type content, etc...

Should I primarily be focusing on one type of content, say for example, motivational-type posts instead of posting different kinds of topics.

I say this because we're not just a motivation/inspiration website, but instead we cover a broader range of topics for the website in the health/fitness/wellness industry.

Especially with the new update Instagram came out with, is this even more important?

I want to represent the company the right way on Instagram and not just another motivation/inspiration page on Instagram.

I want users to understand fully what Wanna Liv is all about but also want to promote its Instagram page the right way.

Know what I mean?
