Both gives you more money but it depends on how instantly you work on it...

Why not do both? I prefer making video's for Youtube + CPA, but I've never used Instagram before so I don't know how effective it is.

Why not work on both Youtube and Instagram. You might earn more, but still it depends on how you do it.

Instagram is mobile traffic, so if you are in a good network with high paying mobile offers, you can do instagram.
Youtube is evergreen. Make your way with CPA, clickbank or even adsense!

yeah instagram is mainly all mobile. just depends on your audiences demographics

Both will make you money IF you know what to do. I would go with YT, its easier.
