Instagram not sending 6 digit email verification code

I'm locked out of one of my accounts. Never did any botting, but when I had one of my employees login from India to manage it, the account got locked.

When I try to login from mobile, a blank screen appears right after putting the username/password, but then it disappears and takes me back to login. So, I'm locked out.

If I try the web login, it takes me to a page where it says it will send a 6 digit verification code to my email. But, it never sends. I know the email is correct because I'm still getting the stupid email notifications like "see your recent activity on instagram!"

Has anyone figured out how to get IG to send the 6 digit code correctly? I've been locked out for weeks now and can't find any way to contact IG/FB
