Instagram not loading anything, account issue or app glitch?

This issue could be related to the widepsread bot purge carried out by Meta a few weeks ago. You could try again after a few days, and if it stil doesn't work, you could check if you are part of the beta testing program on Google Play. Leave the program and try installing the app again.

Sounds like a rate limit problem or you have an old version of IG.

I think it's time to contact Instagram's support as I don't believe anyone here can help you with that.

This is an IP block or network routing issue to Meta servers, switch from wifi to 4G
 
I think it's an app issue. I ran into the same problem, and after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, everything went back to normal.
 
Check if you can log in on a PC browser. If web works, it's either an app glitch or your current IP is being rate-limited by IG. Try switching your network (Wi-Fi to mobile data/proxy) and see if it loads.
 
Try opening the account from another device or browser. That can help find out if the issue is with the phone or the account.
 
Try logging into Instagram via a web browser to confirm your account status, and switch to 4G/5G or enable 1.1.1.1 to resolve network connection issues.

First time I have ever heard of such a problem may just be a temporary problem with the Instagram application itself. Perhaps try to switch off wifi and use mobile data to see if there is any difference. Also check Instagram from the web browser version.
