This new bad problem happened to many people but idk why no one talked about it here
i can login to my accounts using a smartphone but when i try to login using the browser it say

The username you entered doesn't belong to an account. Please check your username and try again.

so i can't pva them or do anything ....

That means your account has been disabled, happened to me a few days ago. Contact instagram support and you should be able to get your account back.

no it's not disabled i can see it using the account link and i can login via mobile

Same here, I have old accounts but they are made using yandex.ru mails. For some reason I cannot receive any mails on yandex.
