Hi, I've found some Instagram names with more than 10k and 100k, I've got any advantage on this. What are the pros, someone have tips on how to grow them and monetize them? Thanks.

Unless you can re-create the actual brand/product, I don't think there's much you can do with that residual traffic from the hashtags. Maybe just direct it to some general offers but clicks/conversions will plummet.
