What is the best site where you can search Instagram posts after two or more hashtags? We want the result to be all recent public posts with these hashtags. Is it possible?

Not possible, ISG search is quite limited.
Best you can do is search for a hashtag, then apply a filter on "INCLUDE WORDS" for the 2nd hashtag. But a warning, this "could" cause you to ignore 99% of all results, meaning you need to run BIG SCRAPES to hit your target. It would depend on the hashtags you are using, if they are likely to be fieature in the same caption, then you are all good

I thought so. Websites that supposedly offered this did not want to return sensible results.

Anyone doing it, will be doing it via some "trick" like above. I suppose another way is to scrape X results from hashtag A and X results from hashtag B then map results in both. But this will still not be perfect.
But those are the only two ways I know
