You can search in the marketplace as many sellers have listed their services there. Alternatively, you can also post in the “Want to Buy” (https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/want-to-buy.92/) section if you have customized requirements like payment methods etc.

Your content / links you post would be the first thing I would take a look at. If you post naked or adult stuff that is too sexual it can cause your ban.
That meta verification is an optional thing you can do but it's not really nessecary to advoid a ban. As I said before content/links is the thing you should take a look on and of course the warming. Try to warmup the account some days before starting the actions.
What happened is, I created an account, posted 10 non nude pics just under 1 min. Followed 3 accounts and got banned. No links nothing yet

Watch out for this person.. Facebook contacted me to sell ad coupons. After a little chat, I became suspicious of him. He then deleted the messages and ran away. Never send money.
