Instagram messages are disappearing on web

Hey guys, instagram messages are disappearing on my both accounts for some reason when i use them on Web. When i check messages on phone - it works. On phone all messages are showing up. But when i check for the messages on a web - for some reason messages on web are dissapearing. I tried to use different IP, different proxies - but its same. Any idea why this happens and how to fix this?

Same. Just refresh the page if your message disappeared all of a sudden.
