Instagram Mention Bot

So I'm interested in setting up a instagram mention bot. I have some accounts lined up just not sure on what I need to do to get it started. I was wondering what do I have to do? Im tired of paying 6$/k and now think it will be worth it for me to get my own bot. Where can I get one can anyone help? Thanks
