anyway, even if you configure a "good" settings, if iconosquare "detects" inusual traffic from your account, will be banned from them X time. So you have to play with "them" as well, the bot works perfect, and instagram also, but it's inconosquare the tricky part.. I solved this usig my own python script 24/7 and works like a charm.
