Instagram Mega Bot, Question

Is it possible to comment on photos with the instagram mega bot without commenting on the same user ever again? Cause it's sort of spammy if you comment on the same users more then once.

Also how do i get rid of these private profiles cause they hold the bot back.
For example: i scrape a list of followers from someone and then when i want to like/comment on them i get always stuck after 5 min at those people who their profile is private.
