i want someone to make a instagram bot which can DM atleast 100k people in a day
bot shoud also be able to create mass instagram accounts and then DM using those accounts
as i don't know coding so i will need a fully functional bot with good interface
my budget is 800 USD right now
can increase it if you'll get the job done

Looking for someone as well.. but for at least 5M a day if needed, I need expert in the field as well
