Does such thing exist? When I bot an account with followers (from a panel) it's mostly weird looking usernames, whose profile picture is from this website. Thinking it'd be really useful.

Insta is filled with random accounts for boosting followers like that. They generally have just 4 pictures to show it's not a bot account but it is.

Something that @Frenzied is promoting with a good 4g proxy which rotates after each new account should create you high quality accounts.

There are many tools that can help this, you just need lots of HQ proxies and numbers/emails
