Need to reach 2Mil Users of competitors followers on IG, already have the list.

I also already have 200 IG accounts.

Need someone to use FollowLiker or another bot, to set the 200 IG accounts to like 5 pictures on each of the 2Mil users on the list.

So overall, 2Mil user x 5 likes each = 10 Mil likes. I can provide the proxies and the 200 IG accounts. You determine the bot to use, followliker or another, and run it. Assume it will take 2-6 weeks depending on the bot and capacity.

why not just buy the bot urself?

I've been using FL but I run into problems with IG's being deleted, etc.

I figured out the basic steps needed to accomplish this, but I figured it would be more effective to find someone with more experience to get it done right.
