Instagram manual help

Hi guys,

I have been browsing this forum for a few days now and have started a new instagram account under the fashion niche.
I am currently manually following unfollowing etc but have come across an issue where it is no longer letting me follow anybody on instagram, I can unfollow dm etc except following people?

What is this and how long should I wait for it to let me re-follow people

I am currently following 506 and have 226 followers and have had the account manually following etc for 18 hours

Temp ban from following too fast within a short amount of time.
Usually 24 hrs, but sometimes it can be up to 72 hrs.
TONS of info about instagram limits, go search and read them.

If you can't follow and an alert pops up then you are temp blocked from following, but if you are following and suddenly can't follow anymore without an alert showing up is probably because you reached the hour limit.
