So I have a couple of real estate clients that would want me to run their Instagram accounts. I have 130,000+ followers within 3 accounts in that niche and I'm pretty fluent with Instagram. But before I manage their accounts, I have to come up with a business plan. many people could benefit from this thread because I've been procrastinating on making a business plan. I tell these people (my family knows personally) that I have an Instagram automation program that gets their name, and business out into the Internet world. (Mind these are older, non tech savvy people.) but they see the opportunity in Instagram when I show them. So they need someone who will do that & they will pay $$Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.I plan on making 3 levels at 3 different prices offering different services Level 1: probably $50-100 per month. I have full access to their account & they send me the pictures that they want me to post. & it is just following/unfollowing if wanted or if they don't want it I'll just like pictures.Level 2: $100-200 per month. Full access to their account. Posting pictures. Liking pictures daily (700-1000) & following/unfollowing if wanted Level 3: $200-300 per month. Full access to the account. Take pictures that they want posted at prime real estate homes in the area. Like pictures/follow&unfollow . And comment on pictures. If there is anything else I'm missing or something that I should add let me know! I hope this thread helps all because I for sure need help with this.If anyone out there manages Instagram accounts PM me

I'm not sure what clients you have but your monthly prices seem a bit too low.If prices are too low it can make clients question quality, take a decent amount instead.

Way too low - you should be charging at least double that

Turning offline clients into online sales is always a good business model, test numbers at the beginning and tweak them to perfection

If you're actually going around town and taking photos of homes yourself, you have the right to charge a lot more than 200-300 per month, especially if you're going to be their social media manager

think of it like an actual job, estimate how many hours of work you'd be putting into their business on a weekly basis. Ask that you get compensated something fair, but not too low or outrageously high. Keep in mind their potential revenues and other business costs.

Make sure you draft up an agreement that states that you are not responsible for the loss of their account, as Instagram may banish you if you try any black-hat methods. Even if you don't indulge in black-hat techniques, there is no guarantee they won't just ban you for other reasons..

Try to model your plan off of other people already doing this successfully within the industry
