Buy proxies from any seller in marketplace, while buying you can see guides on their sites how to change proxy in browser.
Create 2-3 accounts per proxy maximum and you are good to go.

i have tried to many users here but no one telling every thing can i work manually first on Instagram and earn or should need to buy proxies, accounts and mass planner etc or any one here who will help me sorry for my bad English,,

You can do it all manually but you're more likely to slip up and end up getting banned. It's also incredibly boring doing it without a bot. Consider what your time is worth and make an investment.
