The instagram page does not work?

I have 5 days trying to create accounts from the page and does not work from any IP, from different computers and others, someone else is happening?

Are you using telephone number or mail for registration? I do not understand how from different IPs and different computers will not let me create accounts
 
Create your accounts using mail and residential IP. You can't use your proxies for account creation because most of them are datacenter IP proxies
 
You are probably banned, and got some cookies and stuff left on your browser/client.

yeah most probably like @imjs wrote, you have some cookies left, make sure to delete them all (+ LSO cookies). I can create accs both on phone and PC with dynamic IP.
When it comes to creating them with phone, it's a little bit of an art: changing IMEI, device ID and so on, to make sure you are not leaving footprints.
