But why are you changing it from Gmail? Gmail is the safest, and Instagram won't ask for verification again and again when you have Gmail connected. I have experienced with rambler.ru; it asked for phone number verification again and again.

Suspicious login comes up when you login from weird IP's or location far away from the IP. But no point in changing email, rambler and other similar russian providers are shit

Since my Gmail accounts were closed, I changed them to rambler.ru service.
However, even though I made a change from Instagram, the code is sent to my Gmail accounts.

Have you verified the rambler account after you added it? Also did you delete the gmail account ?
I approve of Rambler. I don't have access to Gmail, I changed the e-mails of hundreds of old accounts.

You should add a number also along with rambler IG will send code to previous mail only for security reasons

First add a number and then try with different wifi or sim data. If nothing works, change your physical location to 3-5 km away from your current location and try again!
