I'm having one fitness page with around 11k followers and everything is extremly hq.
I'm following 500-600 peoples/day and get about 50 follows / day also I'm getting only 50-100 likes per photo... Even if I'm following followers of big fitness accounts with really high engagement.... Anything i can do?

1) Designing your profile

Your profile picture should be the best picture you have in your gallery because that is the first thing people see when they follow you and first impression lasts.

Edit your "Bio" and ask people to tag you on their pictures and even post their pictures if they are good.

Have more 'followers' and less 'following.'

2) Posting pictures

Post pictures that are HQ.

Use more niche related hashtags.

Post in hours when most people are online. You can test that by posting in different hours every day and seeing how many likes you get in the first minutes/hours.

Do not post more than 3 pictures a day since you've reached some amount of users.

3) Following people

Don't follow people that are out of your niche and target real users that you see that follow other profiles and that will be an addition to your list.

When you have followed them, let them have 24 hours to decide will they follow you back and then unfollow them.

PRO TIP: Interact with your followers, see what they post, like their pictures, comment...

There are many people want to put their backlinks on your site. You can lease it
