I needed to make a PV/EV when first loggin in to a clients account. However:
both the mail and phonenumber, which I was able to choose, were not the current ones of the client. They were old ones (probably these, which had been added to the account first and later been changed).
Now I'm not able to log in, as the client does not have access to any of these. Any ideas how to solve such a problem?
