On Friday I began to run Instaget like I usually do and Instagram said I needed to change my password, but every time I try and get them to send me the password reset email I cannot receive it. I am 100% certain that I am checking the right email and have checked all my folders in my account for that certain email. Without this I cannot sign into my company instagram account, I have tried everything even changing my email security settings to allow this email to come through. I have attempted to email instagram but just received an auto reply saying to look at their help page. I am at wits end and REALLT need this instagram account for work, I have also attempted to change password through facebook authorization but my facebook app is not working properly on my iPhone ever since the last update. What else could I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, I have tried both ways and it says it emailed me but it doesn't. I know my email is able to receive emails from instagram since I received their automated email from them to that email address that is on file for their password recovery.
