instagram locked and send verification code to old number

after i change the number connected to instagram account and now its locked and need verification code its keep send it to old number i dont have anymore
got same problem after i changed email and keep sending to the old one...
is there a solution?

happened to me too unfortunately there is no solution but trying to recover your old number with your phone company

You need that number or your account must've been linked to FB.
