Instagram links disappearing

Hello,

I am promoting LosPollos dating offer in IG, but they keep removing my link from my bio. The way it is set is like that:

I have a pre-lander with a CTA button. The link of CTA button is shortened using Cut Ly website. And the link of the pre-lander (the one I put on my IG bio) is also shortened using Cut Ly. But it keeps disappearing anyway. Can you tell me what measure to take to make sure they do not remove it? I heard about cloaking, but it seems to be just a redirection too. Just the way it already is my shortened links.

The link or the shortener could be getting marked as spam, trying other domain shorteners or use your own custom domain for best results.
