Depends on how old your account is and how many followers you have etc.
E.g my account is 2 years old and i can follow and unfollow 200 in an hour no problems. Others have trouble following and unfollowing 50 an hr

Hello. How can we check our account age? I made my account long ago, I am just not sure when exactly it.

If you haven't deleted any posts - look at the date of your first post, it's up there in the top right corner

if you havent deleted ur first post then go on iconosquare and it will tel u date of first media posted

The this is, when I first signup to instagram years ago, I just singnup to see what is Instagam is all about. I don't post anything.. Until last year, I started to post my first pic.

You should be fine then. But don't be too aggressive during your first few days or week.

Accounts can only age correctly if they are being used. E.g. A 1 year old account that has never been used is almost the same as a 1 day old account that has never been used.
