Hello does anyone know what the daily limits for follow/liking/commenting is? I look online and people always seem to say something different.

It seems like joeladouille is right, but I think that it would depend if you use a bot or you do it manually.

I use 300 comments a day.

Try Google-ing the answer to your question. Find the most credible source because you can probably find different answers. However, I think that these things can actually depend on the bot that you will be using. There are also certain applications that you can download to automate activity on Instagram.
