Just as what 10070782 said that depends on lots of factor, but generally speaking an account aged >90 days and a stable IP (or 4G proxy) is a must to significantly reduce the chance of being banned.
There is an official limit like 1000 likes per day per account but most accounts could be banned below this limit depending on different factors.

My instagram account is over one year old. I used to complete the actions and there were no problems. Now I often began to receive messages from Instagram that "we are restricting some user actions." I would like to avoid such messages.

If you get restricted, stay low for a week and resume your likes & follows again *Manually*.
Most of the accounts are different and since your account is a year old try likes for max 100/day and follows max 100/day.
Don't do everything at once. Split the likes and follows for entire day. I mean do follows/likes/comments 20/hr and max at end of the day it should be 100.
Later if everything works gradually push your limits monthly.

Instagram has no clear limits. But I would not make a lot of actions if instagram starts to limit you because so you can lose account. Do not more than 20-30 subscriptions or unsubsions and not much send messages to the directory, as many people can complain about spam and instagram punishes very much for it. Good luck!

If you really want to know the official limits just do a quick google search and there's a lot of articles, but the thing is in your case (or in everyone's case) each account due to different past history will have different limit being set by IG, so the best way to do is to group a batch of accounts (say 100 a/c will similar profile, e.g. proxy, age) and use 2 or 3 of them to test the upper limit and then apply 70~80% based on that.

I will try to navigate these limits. But I still have one question - what are the minimum delays between actions? Is it possible to perform them in a row or do you have to wait how long after each action?

depends if on real mobile phone or emulator
if emulator/browser, best leave a few seconds before each action. try a large range of X-Y and see how you get on

This is my real account and I am trying to interact with my target audience that I might be interested in. But Instagram began to limit me and therefore I am looking for the right ways to get around it. But I hope yours will be useful to me.

I won’t say that I’m super successful in Instagram … but I have been doing IG automation for almost 3 years… and clearly you won’t find the real limit for your accounts.. every accounts is different (different limits) so you just need to play by their rule, in general just keep everything low and slowly warm up the account … and later try to experience how far you can go on your own and when you found out the limit that blocks u.. you stop doing it and let it test for at least 2 days.. If you’re doing automation, I will not recommend Jarvee as I did test using the same account to automate on 3 different bots and wtf the private bots is able to pass the limit that Jarvee can’t.. so I transfer the account again to Jarvee and I get immediate block lol… then I let it rest for a week and I use back the private bot and till today I never get a single action block other than DMing..
