Safe side is 1 account per proxy.
The rest depends on the account. The numbers are lower than before.

depends on a lot of things like proxy quality, age of accounts.
i recommend start extremly low and increase it slow.

1 account per email

20 follow per hour if the account is old and is not doing anything else but follow and like sometimes those who it follow
unfollow you can do 40 per hour if you want but don't do any other action except unfollow
this is my experience only ofc other people can tell you other limits ,i'm managing 100+ accounts with these settings

You can even follow > 1000 without getting banned or blocked.

- How many posts per day can you do during the first week (Aged Accs)?
- Do you bulk post during the first week or slowly post every day?

before starting to automate them i put from 10 to 15 pics on each accounts and profile pics and bio,pics have different name with different fitlers , because you don't want them to look like spam,then when aged i post once a week on each of them manually from google chrome profiles on my pc ,to warm them up i let them do like 5 follow/per hour for a month then next month 10 per hour,then after a while 20 , i tried going more than 20 per hours it caused me pv problems so i settled down at 20 as my max
Yeah, that is the plan. It is just difficult to get it done without information about the limits. Now I know I can make up to 5000-6000 accounts with my 2500 proxies, and I can make them follow 20 times per user per hour. That equals 2,400,000 follows per day, which is a lot. When I did a similar thing with Reddit using 7 threads, I was able to barely reach 100,000 actions per day, so that's the limiting factor. Should I make less accounts or follow less people per hour?

Definitely the latter, whoa boyo. Less accounts won't change anything, from what I've done- it's the posting habits. Set up your bots to follow less people per hour.
They may also track the posting/following habits of many of your accounts, try to input a lot of variation and equal amount of effort to your # of accounts. Also don't use 1x-change accounts, like [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc. Bad. Good way to get them all shut down. Use a dictionary package instead and have the bot choose random usernames, numbers, you know the drill.

accounts per ip 2-3 depending its best 1-1 and mobile are best proxies to use
