If you are spamming with a bot likes/follows what is an ideal down time between each task to prevent getting the account blocked or banned.Thank you!

Not more than 200 follows in an hour and not more than 1000 follows in one day. For likes, once every 20-30 seconds will do. -Micah

i do 10 follows/unfollows and wait 10 minutes
650 +/- a day is enough don't overdo it
like/comment should be done by hand
