Yes there are many china agents that you can use for this. I uses http://www.lete.com as they offer payment in Paypal. So any issue I can just charge back easily. But please be aware that product quality is an issue with China products. So do order sample product to test from multiple suppliers before ordering. Will be good if you can speak Chinese and can speak direct to the seller. If you are ordering in bulk, try to use LC (letter of credit), some banks offer trade financing at favorable interest rate when dealing with China seller.
