Tha k you for your valuable suggestions. I will start with 50-100 follows a day. After how many days it is safe to start following 500-600 a day?
I would probably say it's dependent on your account's age. Here's a recommendation from Gramarous in regards to that question, make sure you do a "warm up" of your account:

Here's the generic ratio cycle when you've "warmed" your account up and have aged your account more:

All these tips are from the book, Gramarous, a very good book you should definitely check out in regards to using IG effectively. It covers monetization, warming up, PVA, black hat, white hat, content strategy, importance of good content, and various other tips. All my friends have read it and they say it's helped them out a lot, myself included.
But, you don't need to read it to monetize. Just follow these tips for growing your account, focus on good content, and don't post a monetization link early. Selling Shoutouts is profitable and yields low risk to your accounts.

I agree but this isn't why the book is helpful. This warm-up + incremental growth information is actually quite generic information and you will never be able to grow effectively without the other aspects of the book. I could've found this if I looked hard enough. It was other aspects in the book like the "1-2 punch method," monetization, commenting, and how to use IG to your advantage - hence, I left those parts out and recommended the book.I supposed it is unfair to post this information for the people who already bought this book plus the sales thread is still active here in BHW
@iamsolo
Never use more then 1 account : 1 dedicated proxy . Look for the providers who are providing IG Dedicated Proxies that will be much better option for you.

Good luck OP.
How do you avoid re-following people that you have already followed/unfollowed before?
Good luck OP! I will be following this. I would like to ask something: I have seen you have chosen monetize your site with Adsense and drive traffic for Instagram to your site. Do you think to implement Amazon affiliates or another system too? Or just use Adsense?
You are making 2 accounts per day. I guess you have many PV blocks. How do you PVA? Do you have many sim cards?
